The Human Rights Committee of the National Council of Legal Advisers (KRRP), acting pursuant to KRRP Resolution No. 24/IX/2014 of 14 March 2014 and pursuing its statutory purposes including support for cooperation with international institutions promoting human rights, invites attorneys to apply for entry in the list of counsel appearing before the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg.
The goal of the initiative is to ensure effective legal assistance for all persons who have suffered violations of rights guaranteed by the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms and who intend to file an individual complaint with ECtHR.
The database prepared by the KRRP Human Rights Committee will be submitted to the ECtHR Registry in the form of a list of attorneys at law together with information about where they practise and other contact details.
Attorneys at law authorized to represent individuals before ECtHR are invited to submit applications to their regional bar association, including name, bar registration number, correspondence address, telephone, fax, email address and website address, together with consent to publication of this information on the websites of the regional bar association, KRRP and the European Court of Human Rights.
